Hi

I have a question regarding police clearance certificate for K-1 interview.

I was born in Thailand and lived there until I was 16 years old. I moved from Thailand to Denmark when I was exactly 16 years, 1 months, 3 days! (got the date of visa stamp in my old passport)

I am now Danish citizen.

I have read that a police certificate is required from a country in which the applicant lived for more than six months if you are applying for a k-1 fiancée visa after turning 16 years old.

I assume that I don't need PCC from Thailand, do I interpret this correctly?, please

I can get PCC from Denmark no problem, but I probably have to be present in Thailand and have to present a lot of documents that I no longer have (thai passport, thai military record etc), that would make things very complicated..
