How ican know the time line?????????????????????????????????????????????

post when you mailed your I130

then post when you received the NOA1 of your I130

post if it has been touched,

and so on and so on...

this then goes on Igor's list... and we can all see who has received what notice.. and we can gauge times...

that's it!

And the journey begins!

So a little update, called USIS the woman was as much help as a penguin in a miss America pageant, she didn't know what she was talking about and talked like a computer. Since today marks the 5th month since we got our NAO1, she was able to try to send a request for case information, however the computer came back and said she cannot send a request for another FORTY FOUR (44!!!) days!!!!!!!!!!! adfdflkjdsfsd fsdlkfjsdflkjsadf. that will put us past march. i'm having a minor heart attack here. i then described our situation with him being accepted into his maters program in the states, she said to try to apply for a student visa, but she can't help so we should call, and i quote, 'the school counselor'. So then I tried to school her on the effect of an immigrant petition for a student NON IMMIGRANT visa, and she says she can't help.

Any advise would help, we wouldn't mind the wait, I mean my being in school affords me the luxury to spend almost half of the year in Spain, but the problem is that he has to start school in July at the latest on a scholarship, if he loses that, we cannot afford to send him to school :-(
