we pretty much asked similar questions... ;)

The only requirement after her arrival is that you and your fiance get married within the 90 day period.

After that, there is no requirement as to when to file for AOS or social security. You can do that anytime you wish... you can file for AOS one day after the wedding or 1 year after... no difference.

regards,

Chigs

2 weeks after entry you can go apply for the SSN. There is no requirement to file AOS in any time frame, it is recommended however to file as soon as possible.

If you want to apply for a social security card before you get work permit or green card then make sure you do it before the 90 days is up. Once it gets two weeks before your I-94 expires you won't be able to get one and you'll have to wait until you get your green card instead

Finally time for AOS.......

12/07/11 Sent AOS package

12/09/11 AOS package delivered

12/14/11 Received NOA for I-485 and I-765 (we're not applying for AP)

12/22/11 Received letter for Biometrics

01/04/12 Biometrics in Phoenix

01/31/12 Received email update from USCIS saying that we've been scheduled for an interview

02/03/12 Got an email saying card production had been ordered for my EAD...now just to wait for the card...

02/09/12 Received email saying EAD card has been sent

02/13/12 Received EAD card :D :D :D :D

03/06/12 Interview in Phoenix :).....Approved :D

03/14/12 Received Green card in mail.....

....no more USCIS until December 2013

Technically there is no deadline but once the I-94 expires the immigrant is out of status. So it's best to file within the 90 days if possible to maintain legal precense.

There is no deadline on when you apply for AOS,my advice though is, its better to apply for your ssn while your I-94 is still not expired.
