Yes, that is correct. After you login but before you click for the details, the front page with the case number will show a date under "last updated", that is the date they last touched it.

I didn't follow quite well. except putting down my receipt number in the 'case status' do you need to log in seperately? Are you guys talking about the 'Sign up for case updates' on the left top corner?

You have to sign up for case updates and create a login, and password, and give them your email and/or phone number so that they can update you. After you set up the account, you can log in and enter in your receipt numbers. One column will say "Last Updated" --this is what people mean when they say that their applications have been "touched"!

Yes, you can sign up for updates/log in, and right after you log in, then it'll show the magic touch :)

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

It took me 13 days to get the emails. If you don't get anything till tomorrow you should wait till 27th. Because 26th is Christmast holiday due to Christmas is on Sunday this year.

And about the signature, you can click your name and Edit the profile there should be Edit signature or something like that.

I usually wouldn't be worried buy I've had several cases with them so far and It never took this long. But I'm happy now and my holidays are going to get even better.

Man, my applications haven't been "touched" since December 15th. What's the norm, I wonder? It's been eight days since my application has gotten any USCIS love! :)

Why did they reject your I765. Didn't you have to attach your I94 along with I485.

Yes I did but I guess I had to make another copy for I-765 as well? Also I missed signature on the one spot. Stupid me lol
