Hi guys,

Do you know any December filers already got EAD/AP approved? I haven't seen any approval yet.

This usually takes 60-90 days. I'm not expecting my before February 15th.

December 11 - AOS Package Sent To Chicago Lockbox
December 14 - Package Received By USCIS
December 23 - Email Confirmation Received
December 27 - Checks Cashed
December 27 - NOA's In My Mailbox
December 30 - Biometrics Letter in Mailbox (biometrics scheduled for 01.23.2012)
January 14 - Biometrics Letter (I-765) in the mailbox (Appointment 2/8/2012
January 23 - Biometrics done for both applications.
February 6 - Interview Letter in Mailbox (Online status hasn't changed since December 24th)
February 9 - EAD card production ordered.
February 21 - EAD in hands.
March 8 - Interview (approved) no decision on the spot
March 8 - Card Production
March 9 - Decision
March 17 - GC in Hands

Hi guys,

Do you know any December filers already got EAD/AP approved? I haven't seen any approval yet.

My online status for AP is in "card production" and has been for almost three weeks. EAD was showed the same status, but went back to "inital review" a few days after it had changed...

I got my biometrics letter in the mail, dated 01/19... too bad I didn't get it before the weekend, as we were in Denver for a few days and I could have tried to do a walk-in...

I got biometrics appointment for I765. I didn't know I need to do this. I applied for this EAD card before and never did biometrics????

I didn't know there were two Biometrics appointments (maybe because you had and an EAD before).

Thanks Knight. I was hoping that we would start seeing approval for EAD/AP this week or next week since many of November filers got their GC already.

It doesn't really have to do anything with green card. Some people get GC before EAD. This happens so if you don't get it don't freak out :)

OMG! I just got a text/email about update on my EAD card/I-765.(it's was over 11pm) It's in the Card/Document Production. It says 'Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you.' Yay!

Now I can make state ID, make drivers license(I'm aware of it's only valid as long as my EAD is valid), I don't need to carry my passport anymore as my ID
