I am sure I am not the only one to have this happen. Over the past months I have lost 45 lbs. Most of my pictures with my fiance are of me at a heavier weight with the exception of his last visit (when he proposed) I did not think it would be a problem until somone else pointed out that it could be because to them I look completely different. Should I include documentation from my weightloss center as proof of my weightloss and that the earlier pictures are really me? I think my core characteristics are the same but others have made me worry. I am trying to upload a before pic and an after (both of which were included in our I-129f packet)

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS

Women change their looks all the time, si man (sigh, man). I wouldn't worry about your consulate. Explain in the interview that your loss of weight was motivated by your happy relationship. :)

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

I see no need too. Your 129-F is filed and accepted which means your 325-A is in the Petition. All good!

Young lady, loosing weight is not a problem. Your blood is still the same and your personality is as well. It's still you.

Congrats on that weight Loss. But EAT Something!

Think for a second. At some point you will be getting Passport pictures for Medicals, ETC ETC ETC. All that is documentation. Get a receipt for everything and stop worring about the small stuff.

The worst thing that can happen is the Immagration Officer thinks you have a Twin Sister.

I wouldn't be too concerned about it - to me your facial features are still recognizable. Photos are secondary evidence. If you date stamped the pictures it's obvious(along with primary evidence og having met) that your look has changed over time - your hair too. If you would've changed your first or last name it's a different matter, or had plastic surgery. You can always bring the papers with you to the medical exam or interview if any questions might pop up at that stage.

Congrats on the weight loss : ) no worries dear it is not going to be of any problem unless or until the facial look is changed, to be on the safe side have the proof with yourself that is enough.

I don't think you need to include the documentation because your facial features are still the same. However, for your own peace of mind you can take it with you to the interview if you wish. Either way I think you should be fine.
