Although the number of K1 Visa filers 100% not accurate here, but I'm very happy to know that from 85 August filers that went to VSC already 17 August filers who have received NOA2 this month and none of them requested for RFE! . Congratulations to all of them and thanks for the update timelines. Hopefully me and other filers especially August filers who have not been approved soon be able to release the pain of this waiting process in the end of this year. So August filers who still waiting for NOA2, don't worry, God heard you. Just be patient and keep a good attitude while waiting bc we R making progress!! :)

Well August filers my NOA2 came today so there is alot be hopeful for. I know some of you will get lucky later this week no doubt. Hang on cause good things are around the corner.:dance:

07/27/2011...........NOA1 received.

12/05/2011...........RFE received.

12/13/2011...........RFE response sent.

12/16/2011...........RFE RESPONSE received by Vermont S.C.

12/22/2011...........Teased by a text-message from uscis, saying they have received my response to the RFE.

12/30/2011...........LA VISA APROVADOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

01/12/2012...........Case Sent To Bogota Colombia, from the National Visa Center.

02/09/2012...........Schedule Interview.

03/23/2012...........Interview (to take place then)!

04/07/2012...........Arrived in USA.

07/01/2012...........MARRIED!

What next?

.......How the days DO slip away!

Filed 15th June, 2012
NOA date 18th June
Bio appt 20th July
Transferred to CSC 21st July, 2012
EAD/AP approved 27th August.
Received Green Card 6th October. No Interview. Amazing!
Thanks for all the help, see you again in June 2014

ROC Timeline

Mailed Package 30th June 2014

I-797 received 5th July, 2014

Biometrics Appointment 07/30/2014.
