Shaun had is AOS interview in phoenix arizona last week. we had so much evidence, everything the letter asked for and more! we waited about 2.5 hours past our interview time. finally they called his name and led us back for the interview. It was very easy! she asked him some questions off the application. then asked me if we had ever seperated for any reason. she never looked at any of the evidence! none of it. she said everything was in order except one document... oh so bummed. apperently the doctor in London filled out the vaccination form wrong! now we have 30 days to go see another doctor here get it redone and then send it in. I sure hope he doesnt have to have more shots! she did say that we passed the interview and all other things are in order and that once she has this form she can make the decision.

has this happened to anyone else???

Well congrats on the interview and unfortunate things always happen. Let's find a civil surgeon ASAP and re-fill the Vaccination records. I am sure someone could help you to complete it, and if he has to take the shots again, it won't hurt much. Good luck.

It is funny how much discretion interviewers have. When we had our AOS interview for my wife and her daughter, my wife's complete medical record was missing. The daughters was there in the package but nothing for the wife. The interviewer looked for a while, then went and talked to her boss. She came back and said, we are not going to mess with you over what is obviously our error. Green card for wife and daughter arrived in the mail about a week later, and I don't know if they ever found the medical records for my wife.

How wonderful that they were able to do that for you! Our interviewer kept looking at it saying that it was obviously a mistake... but in the end she said we had to go get it filled out again...

Did she tell you what the mistake was? Wondering if you actually got all the shots because you can get a visa without completing the shots.

the CS in london had an old form AND did not fill in all the blanks. basically he marked the vaccines that he had but left the ones he did not need blank. Th interviewer said they all had to be marked even if he did not need them.

we went to another CS in flagstaff, he was great. they looked at the form and were surprised at what the london doctor did. they refilled out a new form, charged us a bunch of money for it and we have now sent it off. wonder how long it will take to hear from them!
