Hello I hope someone could help us regarding w/ my questions., My fiance(boyfriend) is from Hawaii and now planning to submit the required documents to USCIS for my fiancee Visa /K1 visa. his question is ..Is he going to send it to USCIS Dallas Lockbox which is the address is USCIS PO Box 660151 Dallas, Tx 75266? or USCIS or Hawaii? if so what is the address then? thank you so much for reading and May God Bless us all, love, Zeen from Philippines

Yes, he should send it to the Dallas address as stated in the I-129F instructions: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

He should read all through the instructions and guides here to make sure he has everything he needs to send in with the petition.

The instructions state Texas. Follow the instructions.

Your fiancé needs to submit a check or a money order along with the I-129F packet which he sends to the Texas lockbox address.

Woah waohhhhh hold your horses, you're now setting out to file for your alien fiance? you need to mail the check along with your proof of relationship. that site his broken. BUT THERE IS NO ONLINE SITE TO PAY FOR THE FINACE VISA FORM I-129F a check must be written out to the Dept of homeland security!

please read about on the site before doing anything else.

Jun 13, 2011- USCIS Acceptance confirmation (via Email)

Jun 16, 2011- Received NOA1 Hardcopy

Nov 15, 2011- Put in Service Request (Over 5months)

Nov 23, 2011- Response via email to SR (case "Pending")

Nov 28, 2011- Wrote letter to My district's Representative thru webpage (Gregory Meeks)

Dec 02, 2011- Went to the Local Reps office to have them look into the case further

Dec 07, 2011- Wrote email to the vermont service center ( the got back to me Dec 20, of course to tell me I was approved due to the congressman's inquiry)

Dec 08, 2011- Congressman/Local Rep's inquiry made

Dec 09, 2011- USCIS Text/Email with approval (NOA2) 6 months and 2 days

Dec 14, 2011- Receive NOA2 Hardcopy

No.. It's not.. Fill up form I-129F.. Mail it to the address stated on the form together with your proof of relationship and proofs that youhave met with in 2 years b4 filing the petition.. :)

Goodluck and do some research and readings b4 starting your petition to prevent RFEs.. If you think it's hard.. Just hire those sharks(lawyers) :)

No, have your fiance read through the instructions for the I-129F I posted the link for above. You mail in your payment with the petition. The instructions even tell you who to make the check or money order out to and for how much.

Zeen,

first of all welcome to VJ. Second of all, do urself a favor and get your fiancee off the couch :) and into vj as well. Its best to be as informed as possible, and you both will find alot of answers here, but its best to read all related materials as well.

Do it As a couple , it makes it alitle easier.
