I just got approved on Sept 26 my I-129f .......how cool and unreal woo hoo!!

I sent a letter on mon Sept 18th and it arrived on the Sept 19th requesting my case be expediated because of my disability....I also wrote a congressional ....and it was approved!!! wow I'm still in shock!!

Thanx to everyone you guys made this process sooooo much easier!!

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Usually you would have to speak to an immigration officer and he will give you the addy if he feels it fits the critiria....
