Hi everyone,

I already paid the IV fee, AOS processing fee and sent the choice of address and agent via email. WHATS NEXT? Should I wait for the NVC to contact me or what? thanks in advance..

I already paid the IV fee, AOS processing fee and sent the choice of address and agent via email. WHATS NEXT? Should I wait for the NVC to contact me or what? thanks in advance..

You need to write on the thread called NVC Dec 2011 filers.

But Do not wait for them to contact you!

If the bills says paid online then send the packets.

If you wait then it will take 6-8 weeks or never for them to contact you.

So when they say paid, print off the barcoded cover sheet and send both packets. You can send them together but in different folders cause they go to different departments in the same building. Or you can mail each separately. After they receive them you should get a case complete in 1-2 weeks if no RFE's

Please edit your timeline in your profile so we can see how long each step took and where you are now. Like when you got NOA2 and when NVC received it.

2. have the USCitizen Spouse call in to NVC, ask for casefile status.

3. study timeticks so you will know 'what's next'
