Avg. time for receiving the EAD card

Hi,

My EAD application got approved on Dec 07, however it now says that the EAD card production was ordered on Dec 12 and it will be delivered within 30 days. This is freaking me out - I have a job, my Indian employer has transfered me to the US entity, however they are now running out of patience - I cannot start working without the card in hand.

Will really appreciate if someone can share how much time it generally takes to receive the card. The timelines doesnt capture this step I guess.
