hello

I have some questions about the I- 130.

1.On part C info about your relative it says something about employment and present employment. I (the immigrant) don't a have job 'cause I'm an F-1. Should we put none, n/a or any other thing.

2. On the same part C, do we put my husband's name?

3. On part C question 22. I will apply at the uscis office. The thing is, I'm on the uscis website and it says something about local offices, application support centers, service centers, national benefit center. Which one of these should I look for?

4. Finally, we're typing our info in the forms but some boxes are too small to fit the info. Is it okay if we write down the stuff that we can't type?

Thank you for your valuable help

We left this empty - they accepted it

2. On the same part C, do we put my husband's name?

They talk about previous marriage. If you are married for the first time - leave empty

3. On part C question 22. I will apply at the uscis office. The thing is, I'm on the uscis website and it says something about local offices, application support centers, service centers, national benefit center. Which one of these should I look for?

If you are filing concurrently it would be Chicago. What forms are you filing?

4. Finally, we're typing our info in the forms but some boxes are too small to fit the info. Is it okay if we write down the stuff that we can't type?

It says somewhere on the filing instructions that you can use an extra piece of paper if you need more space.

All done ;-)

I just sent mine about a week ago, so mine is still pending therefore answers are not gauranteed but wanted to help you with more options!

1.On part C info about your relative it says something about employment and present employment. I (the immigrant) don't a have job 'cause I'm an F-1. Should we put none, n/a or any other thing.

: I just put NONE

2. On the same part C, do we put my husband's name?

: It's for your previous marriage so if you have any put your ex's name but if you don't have any put NONE

3. On part C question 22. I will apply at the uscis office. The thing is, I'm on the uscis website and it says something about local offices, application support centers, service centers, national benefit center. Which one of these should I look for?

: I used sample forms on the VJ but didn't help much on this section and I just put my location which was Austin, TX and since I saw the answer above I'm kinda worried if I did anything wrong...

4. Finally, we're typing our info in the forms but some boxes are too small to fit the info. Is it okay if we write down the stuff that we can't type?

: Are you talking about the little arrow popping out at end of the blank line? I had a few of thoses so I just wrote them down with black ink pen.
