Hi, I had my interview for citizenship a little over a month ago and in the interview I was given form N-14 to provide certified documentation for my arrest for misdemeanor disorderly conduct for (almost) fighting. So I mailed the certified police report and court disposition the next day. Keep in mind the charges were dismissed and I paid a littering fine instead which was less than $500. So ya its been a month and I havent heard anything from USCIS. So my questions are:

1. How long does it usually take for USCIS to respond?

2. And does the arrest effect the decision given the circumstances?

I did not send the arrest documents with my N400 (I disclosed it though), however I did have the court disposition with me at the interview but it wasnt certified and did not have the police report. The IO said they needed certified document for the process to continue.
