I'll be starting an LLC at the start of the year. My husband [CGC] and I [uSC] will own 50/50 stake in the corporation [he has a regular full time job - the company will be run by me]. Is this something people typically include in their ROC paperwork?

Its not often that a typical family will start their own LLC, you can include the evidence though if you want.

I did phrase that a little weird, did't I?

For those who have a family owned business and going through ROC - did you include any business information? Would it seem completely random to mention? Is there some reason to not include it???

Yes, we included our joint business information for ROC. I don't see any reason why not to include it but to include, it will show same address for both partners/owners of the business. HTH..
