how long i need to wait...

hi

my case was pending in NVC after they assign my case number.On nov 29 i became US citizen and i upgrade my petition as CR1 catagory.it was two weeks now today but i dont get any email or mail from nvc regarding DS3032 and AOS payment.i called them and they says it was on processing. so how long they need to process or send me COA and AOS....plz help

Dear Merimusa

Congratulations on the upgrade.

I was going through Nepal visa processing time line, and according to a VJ member who has her interview today they got their DS 3032 in about 36 days after NVC received it. As I belong to a different country and opted for Electrical processing, my case is a bit different, but, you can visit (Profile: raghav n pooja) and go through their time line, I hope it will give you a better understanding.

And also you can send them a personal message through VJ, I hope they will reply your queries.

I would suggest keep your all the AOS and DS 3032 documents ready, so that once you get the form you can go ahead and submit it.

2011-11-14: Case Completed at NVC
