We sent the evidence 15 days after receiving the "RFE"

In September 30 they received the evidence and stated that in 60 days we should get a response..

60 days has passed and no response yet.. we called to get information on case, they told us to call back on 15 days...

my Q is:

has anybody gone thru this process?

Why the wait? I heard some people got the response within weeks of sending evidence..

what might be the hold up?

Any help is appreciated!

We called to get info today since it has been 15 days, and they informed us to wait 3 more days..

has anybody ever been thru this procces... any info on what this may mean?

OMG.. I know what you are feeling.

We are at the 60 day mark now and called tonight. The people you call are just a call centre, they do not actually have anything to do with your file. Even when you ask for a supervisor.. you do get someone up on the food chain and yes they may be a supervisor, but only at the call centre level. We actually asked her what her job was and she replied to answer your questions. We said but you are only reading from your script as to what we ask. She actually said " Yes but we are doing our job" Even if it means not getting the correct answer or the information you are looking for. They don't know squat about your personal case.

Good luck and if you get somewhere please send me a message as we are getting a little PO'd with the whole thing.
