Visa on hand....

Congratulations sigbin! May I know where do you reside?

Carlo is very happy and excited. :) haha. 3 business day indeed!

I must admit it, I envy you guys and gals! :crying: I guess I'm gettin a lil impatient. My friend (who was also interviewed last dec 9th, a CR1 visa, from Ilocos) called 2go main office (pasay) and was informed that they already have her visa, ready to be delivered by monday. I tried calling them too, but was informed they still don't have it. 2GO's website system was down all afternoon! If I won't have any update tomorrow, I'm gonna call them again friday around 6pm.

Congrats to those with a VISA. We are also waiting with baited breath hoping we get it by Friday. I bought tickets for my fiance` and daughter to fly on Tuesday 20 December. We are praying that we make this date.

We wish you all luck in getting your Visa's so we can all start our new families.

Good Luck and God bless to you all.

Ditto! Last night, 2GO main office told me they don't have my visa yet. This morning, at 6:30am, I called USEM Immigrant Visa Unit, an American operator answered and I was advised to call back at 7:30am. I tried calling them again but my call won't go through! An automated voice recorded machine just kept on playing in the background! Argh! :crying: Uhm, can I ask where do you reside Eric&Venus?

We will live in Barstow Ca. About 2.5 hours from Los Angeles and Las Vegas (the half way point).

Where will the two of you reside?

Wow! What a nice place you got there. You can go to LA and Vegas anytime. I envy! Hehe! :P I'll be staying in San Jose Ca. :)

How about here in PI? Where are you currently staying? Coz the way I see it, I noticed that our fellow dec 9th interviewees that lives in the northern part of Luzon receives their visas first. Hmmm! I'm from Laguna, southern tagalog.

P.S. OMG! Out of nowhere, I just randomly thought of tracking my case number in 2GO's website. In my surprise, it displayed "IN-TRANSIT"! I'm about to cry. Tears of joy this time.

Well we found out today that we will not make our original timeline and had to move our flights. The Visa's will not be ready on time and should be available by Wednesday 21 Dec. So now we look like we readjust and pray it all works out this time.

It sure has been a tough Journey but the bigger the struggle the bigger the prize. I know God has granted me the greatest prize available in my Fiance` and her daughter.

We want to say congrats to all who have their Visa's in hand and hang in there to those that don't.

Have a blessed holiday season to everyone.

This is exactly why the Embassies (all of them) advise you to not buy tickets, quit jobs etc until AFTER you're approved and have the Visa in hand...
