Ok everyone as we already got our NOA-2, and getting closer to the interview I am preparing all the documentations my fiancee will need. I am going on Friday to visit her over the holidays and want to take everything with me. I hope you can read my long list and advice if I am missing something.

1. I-134 with supporting evidence (proof of salary, pay stubs, 3 year W2 and Tax Returns, Bank Statements, 401K Statements)

2. Proof of the relationship

  • a.About 25 pictures
  • b.Itenararies, hotel reciepts, car rental from our meetings.
  • c.Proof of sending flowers
  • d.Engagement ring reciept
  • e.Phone Card call logs (100+ pages)
  • f.Google Chat Logs (150+ pages)
  • g.Skype call logs and chats

Thats about it. I know some of those things could be an overkill but I better be safe then sorry.

Any suggestions would help.

Everyone have a happy holidays and I hope you will end your journey soon!!!

You should be fine. We brought something similar to this and they barely looked at any of it. Bring it anyway.

Make SURE you have all the documents they need for the application.

8. Fiancee Passport and photos

9. Will do medical (still waiting on KEV case number)

Sounds like you will be in good shape on evidence. Like Gary said, they will barely take a look at it...but if you didn't have it, who knows! We also took the what I like to call the "Shock and Awe" approach...this may or may not be why they didn't even ask any interview questions. Good luck and grats on the soon approaching interview.

Wife's visa journey:

03/19/07: Initial mailing of I-129F.

07/07/11: U.S. Citizenship approved and Oath Ceremony!

MIL's visa journey:

07/26/11: Initial mailing of I-130.

05/22/12: Interview passed!

The copies of passport stamps coinciding with your itineraries is a good idea, otherwise it looks like you nailed it.

Good luck with the interview.

I have a copy of all my passport pages that I submit it with my original packet, should I also include it with my evidence package? I have no problems with that :)

I don't see what that has to do with your relationship? As others from Ukraine have stated, you seem good to go. Ensure she knows all about the your past crimes and all those previous wives and all those children. If she does, then you're fine.

If you have already provided documentation about meeting with passport stamps and other evidence of your meeting, you don't need to repeat it. The copies of phone and email will be sufficient to support the continuing relationship.

As Baron555 said, make sure she knows a lot about you, such as siblings, parents (alive or deceased), prior marriages, children and all that other stuff about yourself. That is usually what the officer is interested in, to see if you both know each other.

For things like birth certificate and police certificate bring the original and a COPY. DO NOT sign the DS-156k until you are at the interview. No translations needed anymore.

Sounds good, you should be fine. Kiev is fairly easy, present what is required and provide some evidence of relationship and you should be OK.
