I know the feeling. Im a May filer and just received my NOA2. I called and visited my local USCIS office. I hope Dec will be a good month for all the June filers!

I am hoping many cases are approved this week. I think this is the best week before the holidays else nothing will probably happen to January. Thats the problem there are cases that are older that are still waiting and newer cases get approved ahead of them. No rhyme or reason it seems.

I'm a June filer. Just got my RFE.. I called them last week and they said they're working on mid June filers. I think they should start processing July filers in the next week or so.. Good luck everyone!

04/28/2011 - I-129F - DENIED

02/18/2012 - I-129F petition filed
02/24/2012 - NOA1
09/04/2012 - NOA2, 193 days
Interview:10/22/2012
POE: 10/26/2012 (245 days)

Removal of Conditions

Filed for ROC - 06/09/2015

NOA1 for ROC - 06/12/2015

Biometrics appointment - 07/17/2015

Approval for ROC - 04/20/2016 (316 days)

Naturalization Process

N-400 Filed 06/10/2016

N-400 NOA1 06/14/2016

N-400 biometrics 06/20/16

N-400 interview 01/23/2017

N-400 Oath ceremony 02/10/2017

Immigration Process took 2116 days.

your problem is TEXAS service center. They always take like 6 months to process the K-1's

You would have been better off getting married there in Philippines.

We are June filers as well....tomorrow will be exactly 6 months since we received our NOA 1. Any thoughts on what we could do. My fiance called them twice already but just got the answer "we are still working on it"...Please HELP!

Congressman, congressman, congressman. On 23 Nov 11 I called the hotline and I was told 15 days. On 7 Dec 11 I called the hotline and they put me through to a very rude Immigration Officer who spoke over me and then hung up. I live close to my congressman so I went to his office and filed a complaint. On 8 Dec 11 At 12:30 pm I received an email from USCIS re: my 23 Nov 11 Complaint stating I should have a response in 60 Days. On 9 Dec 11, the next day, I got notice that the NOA2 was approved. Given the date and time of the 8 Dec 11 email I assume my congressman had everything to do with it.

we are June filers, still no noa2, got the congress office involved, has not helped yet, as another post says once it hits 6 Months suppposedly they can ask for an update. The moral of the story is you are at the mercy of the government, just hang tough and try to stay positive cause being frustrated wont get it done any quicker, Thank God for skype, YM, FB and airplanes as I leave next week to go visit my honey again :dance:

i feel you guys, that's what i feel now, so frustrating and stressful of waiting for noa2, im also a july filer, our noa1 is 18.and still no noa2, almost in the 5th months of waiting... my fiance called uscis and was told that we need to wait until the approx date/month which is on dec.18, and if there is still no update or approval we will call them again to follow up, i hope our noa2 will come to soon. i miss my fiance soo much...

We filed june.and we just got the news today that our petition for fiancee visa was approved!thank you lord.keep on praying.your NOA2 will come soon.
