I have joined in Company "A" on 2007 and they have filled my first H1B ext in 2009 but it got rejected. So, i have moved to company "B" in 2009. Company "A" processed my GC in 2008 and i have received my labor and I140 thro' Company "A". I tried to move back to Company "A" in 2010 but my H1B transfer got rejcted with Company "A". After some time, i have moved to company "C" in 2011. Now, my priority date is current and I can file my I485 thro' Company "A". I have some question to process my I485 thro' company "A".

1.) If i file my I485 thro' Company "A", will it be any problem since my H1B extension and transfer got rejected with Comapny "A".

2.) Can i directly file my I485 thro' Company "C" or some other company. I heard that i have start my GC process from the beginning with Company "C" but i can use my priority date.

3.) please advise/suggest me which option would be better to proceed further on this.
