If I want to purchase the plane ticket here for my Fiance to use coming in from Lagos, how can I do it? I went to look at Qatar and they require you to show your credit card at check in. Any ideas?

scan it along with your id and email it to her , she can print it and use that. I have donr this already.

If you live near an airport you can usually go there and show your credit card and ID . They usually want the ID that goes with the credit card and Nigeria is really tough on that. You can usually go to the airline or any of the partner airlines. They just want to be sure they aren't being scammed. Validation here is the safest bet, no last minute issues.

I found out that Qatar Airways has an office about an hour away. I can go in there and take care of everything. Let us hope this works. Better yet let us hope we have need of that ticket

Try www.opodo.co.uk I used them all the time when I lived in Nigeria and had to use my corporate credit card for my airfare. It's a UK site, so the prices are quoted in British pounds....so don't forget to do the conversion.

Exactly what I was asked to do. I just went to the airport and showed by ID and credit card I used to purchase the ticket.
