Greetings to all. I have an issue. On my mysterious package, there is a paper attached to it saying that final destination is the address that is on my file for the paperwork being New York. However, i have decided that i no longer want to go to new York but to go to Georgia. Problem is, i am not sure if im allowed to do that as it was not stated on the documents.

Another issue is that I bought a ticket to Atlanta and a connecting flight to New York. was wondering what i can do about both the final destination and the ticket. I really want to just do all my paperwork in Georgia rather than in New York.

Your POE is the first spot you land in the US regardless of your final destination. That is where you will give the envelope to the customs/border agent

It wont be a problem and does not matter where you "do all your paperwork."
