Hey Everyone!! This time tomorrow I will either be at the US Embassy in London either approved, still waiting in the embassy, or (God forbid) denied ...

I am sitting here looking again and again, trying to think if I have forgotten something so this is what I have:

1) I-134 with letter from his employer, 2010 W2, 2010 Tax return, and last 6 months pay slips.

2) DS-230 Part 2

3) Birth certificate + Copy

4) UK Police certificate + Copy

5) Canadian Police Certificate + Copy

6) 2 US size passport photos

7) Vaccine doccument from medical stating contraindications due to pregnancy (just in case)

8) Extra flight itinerary not included in I-129F from me visiting (just in case)

9) Report of pregnancy (just in case)

10) Application Fee Receipt

11) Interview letter

12) Passport

Should this all be enough?? Is there too much?? I am going to be on edge ALL day so any help would be greatly appreciated

The DS-230 Part 2 is for CR1/IR1 spouse visas (and some other true immigrant visas).

K1s don't ever do Part 2. Your DS-156K is kinda the counterpart for that information. "Kinda" because they are going to get a greencard upon arrival and you are going to adjust status, so actually pretty different processes.

Looks good. Make sure your birth certificate is not the "short form, the passport is not about to expire (in 6-8 months) and hasn't been through the washer.

Good luck!

Oh and good luck tomorrow!!

Thanks!! :D

You seem ready! It's better to take too much rather than too little. That way if the IO asks you for something you can present it to him/ her on the spot. Good luck!
