Sarah needs to attend the CFO seminar and get the CFO sticker affixed to her passport before she will be allowed to board her flight to the U.S.

She can attend the seminar either before the interview or after the interview. If she attends the seminar before the interview, she will have to wait and get the sticker after she has the visa in her passport.
