Hello, so here is a brief background info about my situation. I live in Wisconsin and filed my family based I-485 application along with EAD on July 18th and it is at the lees summit office right now. In September I received a rfe about proving enough household income and I responded to the request in good time and it arrived on September 7th to the office. My EAD was approved two days after this. My biometrics has already been completed before this RFE came.I did my part by following there directions and waited for sixty days with no online updates or mail. So I did the next best thing and made a infopass appointment but it was no help at all because my file was at a different office then my local office and they wont be able to figure out what is going except what it says on the website, I was told. Then I made a service request on November 9 and I was told that I would receive a response within fifteen days. Well I didn't. It has been more than ninety days now since i sent in my RFE and I still haven't received any decision as of yet on my 485 app. The eighteen of this month would have been five months now since I first filed my application. I would like to know what can I do from this point on? All answers are appreciated. Big thanks.

Not much, unfortunately. Your local office is probably backed up. You are still within a normal range of processing time. Applications tend to take 3-6 months, and that's if you don't get an RFE, which halts the process.
