set yer value for waiting, after NVC 'sends the file' to GUZ IV, if this was a paper case, aye?

You were gonna pay 400/404 regardless, without my help ;)

Now start cleaning the house, as you've got some serious stuff coming up...

ya, sorta.

1. you not opt in yet. you need to opt in properly

2. the thing received in email is the standard 'ds-3032 kit' which includes the aos fee bill.

remedies:

1. OPT IN

2. WAIT till you have a GZO #.

errata - you can pay the AOS fee fill now, but without a DS-3032 in the casefile (usually because of the OPT IN) expect no IV fee bill (unless a G-28 was filed with the I-130) until the DS-3032 gets into the casefile.

wait was is this??? what is GZO and OPT IN? I have paid my AOS bill online, and it shows as paid, however no IV invoice yet, but we just paid and sent the email with Agent this Monday. I'm confused about what these remedies are and what they are for?

04/03/2012 - CASE COMPLETED!!! WOOHOOO - Waiting for Interview from Madrid
04/05/2012 - Interview date assigned -May 17, 2012 at 12:30 pm

11/14/2014 - RFE Received

01/09/2015 - Response to RFE with 70 pages of proof :)

01/26/2015 - APPROVED FINALLY!!!!

02/11/2015 - 10 Year Card IN HAND! Woohoooooooooooooooooooooooo
