I would suggest relocating residents of Camden NJ to the utopia we know of as Vermont. Problem solved!

I think you are really on to something here. A few years ago Burlington got a large influx of Somalians, refugees. Alla is still teaching them English at the Vermont Refugee Center in ESL classes. Now we all know that Somalia has a horrible crime problem, even worse than Camden. Rob even includes this in his signature as an example of a bad place. Yet since the Somalians have arrived, and there are hundreds of them, our crime rate has not increased, they ARE allowed to carry concealed weapons as is anyone in this state and they are much safer now. Now keep in mind that Vermont's murder rate could be DOUBLED with two homicides. Yet, it does not happen.

Likewise we had a large influx of Bosnians. Again from a country with high crime. They have come here, made a life here, own businesses and firearms, can carry concealed weapons like anyone else...no increase in crime.

Amazing...so it IS the ability to carry concealed weapons that changes the other demographics of crime. Good suggestion.

The Mega Bus leaves the NY Port Authority twice per day for Burlington, $1.25 for the ticket if you purchase it 30 days in advance...no kidding, google "MegaBus"

I'm betting if you transplanted the folks from Burlington into camden... and shipped the current occupants out, the place would be restored in short order.... with or without guns.
