Wait time from the Embassy varies depending on the Embassy you are going through. Has your petition reached the Embassy yet? Have your USC fiance call NVC to get update on the petition. If NVC says papers were shipped DHL and have been received by the Embassy, he can obtain your case number and you can eiter email or call the Embassy for your packet 3.

If you have been married before, marriage certificate, divorce degree.

Proof of ongoing relationship
