hello again VJers.... my fiance just got our package back with the reason why it was rejected, we will submit it back along with the letter they attached with our documents with proper amount of check, our documents has signed and marks that it was reviewed, my question is they sent back our package but they didn't include the pictures we submit as supporting evidence of our relationship, is that really normal? i wanted my fiance to print pictures again and include it when he resubmit it, but i am worried to do that also because they already marked everything, my other question is did they kept the pictures or we have to send another pictures? thank you in advance :)

What was the denial reason? No, I'm prety sure your photos made the circular recycling bin.

no it is not a denial reason, we sent a wrong amount of check it is over by 10 dollars, we will send back the package soon with the correct amount, they reviewed everything already that is what on the letter, the only thing that is wrong and reason of rejection is the check... i was confused why they didn't returned the pictures.... :)

Resubmit the ENTIRE petition again, INCLUDING the photos. Hopefully your fiance made an exact copy of the petition before he filed.

Do not assume USCIS has anything you sent them - when they return a petition for lack of proper payment they return all they have and retain nothing.

***Include check for $340***

Resubmit an entire package as you did the first time, but with the proper amount and new photos. Why be confused about a few pictures that were not returned to you, nothing you can do about that now.

Print new pics and submit them with the new package, assume nothing in this process.

Exactly. Resend EVERYTHING. USCIS keeps nothing when they return a petition. Consider the photos lost and provide new copies.

**Make sure you keep a complete copy of the petition. You never know if items will be lost again**
