Hello Friends....wow I come with great news....We were APPROVED! wow and you guys were the first to know....other than me waking up my mom. Havent even told my fiance yet!!!!!!!! So...thats how much I appreciate you guys, Please dont tell him haha......THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH I REALLY DO VALUE MY VJ FAM!!!

God bless you all.

Now lemme stop getting teary and maybe cal my fiance or drop him a text so he wake up to it ;) oh btw the time is 3am in the morn lol

08 - 01 - 2011 Date of NOA1

08 - 02 - 2011 Received email, text and case status online was updated of NOA1

08 - 02 - 2011 Check cashed by USCIS

12 - 22 - 2011 Received email and text of RFE. Reason yet to be known. Must wait for letter

12 - 22 - 2011 Postmark that CSC mailed hard copy of the RFE

12 - 24 - 2011 11:55 a.m. Received RFE letter in the mail

12 - 24 - 2011 12:25 p.m. dropped RFE back at the post office with requested copies of passport pages

12 - 28 - 2011 Received email, text and case status online was updated that RFE was received and under review

01 - 04 - 2012 Received email, text and case status online was updated that our I-129F has been approved!!! Yay!

01 - 11 - 2012 NVC received

01 - 17 - 2012 Left NVC for Dublin embassy

01 - 19 - 2012 Dublin Embassy received

01 - 21 - 2012 Received NVC letter with case number and informing us of embassy information (postmarked 01 - 18 - 2012)

01 - 30 - 2012 Received Packet 3

02 - 14 - 2012 Sent Packet 3

02 - 22 - 2012 Received Packet 4

03 - 05 - 2012 Interview date.......we're approved!

156 days to NOA2

217 days (31 weeks exactly) from NOA2 to interview

Thnks everyone, thou me and my finace had a little argument today we both we really jsut talking about things more that this wall has been broken :) we're really happy and thankful for all the help we got to get a nice passing APPROVED with no RFE's :dance:

Jun 02, 2011- Applied for I-129F (I-129F) Visa

USCIS

Jun 08, 2011- NOA1 Received I-129F

Jun 13, 2011- USCIS Acceptance confirmation (via Email)

Jun 16, 2011- Received NOA1 Hardcopy

Nov 15, 2011- Put in Service Request (Over 5months)

Nov 23, 2011- Response via email to SR (case "Pending")

Nov 28, 2011- Wrote letter to My district's Representative thru webpage (Gregory Meeks)

Dec 02, 2011- Went to the Local Reps office to have them look into the case further

Dec 07, 2011- Wrote email to the vermont service center ( the got back to me Dec 20, of course to tell me I was approved due to the congressman's inquiry)

Dec 08, 2011- Congressman/Local Rep's inquiry made

Dec 09, 2011- USCIS Text/Email with approval (NOA2) 6 months and 2 days

Dec 14, 2011- Receive NOA2 Hardcopy

10/12/2012: NOA 1
12/17/2012: NOA 2 (case was transferred to NYC office 11/27/12)
NVC stage ( 20 days)
01/08/2013: Case # and IIN assigned ( file arrived NVC mail room 12/20/12)
01/09/2013: AOS invoiced and paid, DS-3032 emailed and mailed.
