hi everyone, my fiance sent the packet dec.5 in texas service center, until now he haven't receive any email. how long it will take before we get the NOA1? Just confused..thanks in advance for the reply..

Did your fiance send it through USPS or used express mail?

Postal service is much slower than if he'd used Fedex or UPS. It takes a while, I wouldn't worry yet :)

Bio done early - April 18th, 2012

ROC Approved - September 12, 2012

Looking back at my timeline to 2008 I see that it took 4 days from when I sent the initial packet until the date of the NOA1. Then it would have been a few more days before we received it in the mail. At the time of your posting it was just 4 days for you. So no need to worry yet. I dont think you can always rely on email notification either.
