Oh wow i cant believe what has happen to you. You must be in alot of pain and bewilderment right now. Sound advice from AZ follow it ASAP. Sounds to me like she had it all planned out before she even came to you. I spent 2 years with a manipulating liar and cheat, when you are coming from an honest place you will never understand the WHYS of it all. Just know that you are a great honest guy and trust yourself, have faith that whatever happened you are not to blame. Send you a big hug x x x let us know what happened

Was this the third woman you petitioned? Thats what I gather from your previous posts. Talk about a string of bad luck. I know when I first started researching the visa process I read many horror stories and was reluctant to start my own. I just want people to understand there may be more to this story than meets the eye initially. I want to comment further but I will let others draw their own conclusions after reading the link below.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/252307-i-129f-sent-1-month-ago-fiancee-changed-her-mind/

...wow, after reading the link... I wonder if OP is talking about the same woman? or different women

People have already mentioned these topics, but not really stressed the connection, which could be key:

1. Your name is on her visa. She can only become legal through marriage to you. There is no other way for her to become legal on this trip to the US.

2. Because of this, once she figures it out, she will have a very strong motive to come back and trick you again. She has to marry you to apply for her green card. As others have emphasized, then you will be on the hook to support her financially, and at risk of VAWA charges.

Please protect yourself now, and then also in the future, do not let her deceit continue. Keep in mind what babygurl wrote - from experience, at that - "She is going to have it hard. Because she came over on a fiance visa through you, she will not be able to get legalization by marrying anyone else. My fiance and I seperated about 8 years ago and someone contacted my through face book saying he needs his paper work because he cant do nothing. Too bad I said. Trust me she will suffer she will not get anything."

Take care. And don't feel too bad - if this didn't happen regularly, I don't think USCIS would have figured out to stamp the intended fiance's name on the K-1 visa. :)

Not much to add that hasn't already been said, just good luck to you.

:innocent: I think there is more to the Story. What is the Beneficiaries side. She cannot defend herself against this Post. What was the reason for her leaving? I'm sure she is aware of The rules. Previous Posts indicate this is not the first time the OP has encountered problems with women.

Maybe she seen a chance to get out and RAN.

We don't know what went on under that roof. Just because the OP said: She Left me with no reason :hehe: does not mean there was'nt a reason.

The advice to the OP was good from Members but, I still think there is more to this story. A Woman does not leave for No reason when she is aware anyway she will be deported and maybe would rather be deported than stay another day in that house.

JUST A DIFFERENT WAY OF LOOKING AT IT.

Can you wait 24 hours for her to be gone without beating the $hit out of the OP? Of course there are 2 sides to every story (actually 3... His, hers and the truth), but the resons she left are irrevalent right now and you'll probably never have the beneficiary post here to gt her side of things.

Regardless of the rationale that made the beneficiary just up and leave, there is a right way and a wrong way to do things.

Yessiree... Veni, take the advice of leatherneck and AZ whole heartedly.

Sorry to hear your story.

I'll throw this in, as well... since she's latina, because there are how many millions of illegal latinas in the USA now...

The first lady (not young girl, either) that I filed I-129F for, a latina de Colombia, and we had a few pointed differences pop up within the home after a few weeks. She and two sons were going to english class at the tech school, and there were LOTS OF ILLEGALES in the classes and the bad thing about that was ... the influence of the illegals on the legal aliens.

A legal alien should have a completely different mindset than that of an illegal.

(Just my conservative, narrow-minded perspective)

But, because they had in common that they were latinas, I found the legals being adversely influenced by the illegals.

Illegales are, in my mind, criminal, the moment they cross the border.

And, they will commit many other illegal acts, to exploit the system in any way they can.

And, as leatherneck and AZ are warning you,... and, I know,... the illegals will 'school' her, possibly, about how to go about getting you to make one small abusive move against her, so then she is in control and you are up the freekin creek without a paddle.

PROTECT YOUR SELF.

_________________

My lady was good enough and smart enough person, even though we had some issues/differences, she didn't completely fall for the counsel of the illegals. She knew what the possible consequences could be for her. But, still... I know she was mingling with them as such. But, I know she was 'under their influence'

I earned my stripes by first hand experience and I lived through all of the nonsense of not only a disappearing, but a re-appearing and vindictive ex-wife.

 I like that..

Filed three petitions, one approved, one withdrawn and one ran away. I wonder too if the second and 3rd one the same person too. Is it a bad judgement, bad women, bad OP or combination of any.

Happy New Year!

As a Man. I will always OPT to hear the Female side of the story.

Well, when you get her side of the story let us know what it is. Until then there is no reason to kick a guy when he's down.

I would hope if something like this ever happened to you that someone would not be kicking your #### emotionally before it all even had a chance to sink in.

As I said before, there is a correct way and an incorrect way to do things in life.

Would she be able to marry another man and stay here within the 90 days? Or is the fiancee visa only allow her to marry me? I am worried maybe those numbers she was calling was another guy she online or something.

by the way, she still has not contacted me. How could someone be so cold hearted. I did everything for her for 2 years, treated her like a princess and she is here 3 weeks and she is gone. Wow, I am can believe how well she pretended to love me.

WOW!!! First off..the nature of people unsaved by the Lord tend to be more worldly with desires for self rather than others. Sorry for this whole ordeal but I am also sorry for the obvious reason that things like this are why people like my wife have to wait in line and get fine tooth combed to see if she will attempt the same.

Some things I would like to point out that may have already been considered:

1. You say you know her for 2 years - How many time have you actually met prior to her coming to the states?

2. There is a mention of contacts in 3 states: what type of contacts are they (friends, family, male, female, former colleagues, etc...)

3. When you say you sent an email - what type of "kicked back" message do you receive? Has an email from another account received the same error? (she spam blocked you)

4. Are there any signs of foul play? (forced or coerced entry to your home)

5. Could a past you dont know of or an association followed her from Colombia? (remember...Colombia is NOT the USA and things are different there as far as things go. They have been at war for 49 years with an international parasite.) <<Please dont take this comment out of context mis amigos Colombianos, lloré por su país y su gente muchas veces>>.

6. Has something in your past caught up to you and made her pay for it? (this is only a question someone may want to ask due to a missing person)

At a minimum, you should exhaust your own investigative resources as soon as possible and then notify the authorities. (find out what the missing person rule is for your local PD). I say this because it may just be a misunderstanding. Have you called all the local hospitals? Local Police? People she has spoke with in the USA? Is anything missing from your home? Was she on any medication? Etc... I also suggest you bring in someone you may know with a level head and a strong background in research/analysis/investigations/computer knowledge.

Good luck!!!

And if one can understand, NOTHING CAN BE HIDDEN FOREVER, NOTHING! we may all be a little more resolved.

I will pray that the truth be revealed so that resolution can be gained and the air may be cleared.

But if the OP has already posted similar threads...then that is what probably caused the '2 sides to every story' turn that this thread has taken. So I can see how some are thinking otherwise. I'm not siding with neither here nor there, but its laid out for everyone to read...

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/252307-i-129f-sent-1-month-ago-fiancee-changed-her-mind/

But regardless of his side vs. her side, the whole situation is sad.. on all accounts and that I do agree with.
