HELP!

Many of you have been giving me advice to report my fiancee leaving me after 3 weeks together. But as you know she came back home a couple weeks ago.

1) Today she left again. :( I came home from work and she was gone. The difference this time, she took every thing she owns and everything I gave her.

Wow, 2) I am shocked, my heart is BROKE. I dreamed of this working out but now I see she left for good. All of her stuff is gone. There is no note explaining where she went.

3) I am very worried for her, she left and does not have much money. Someone came to my house and took her this morning? Who? I do not know.

I do not know where she is. 4) I am very worried for her but she apparently cares nothing about me. 5) She never even let me a note. :(

OK, so I called USCIS and they told me that they do not keep any personal records. I explained to the guy and he said no he could not take my information. Their service is for only approving the visa.

I explained to him she has a month left on her visa, so he said she is not yet illegal. There agency did not seem a bit interested in taking the information. How I get this documented?

I called the cousin where she went before and the cousin said my fiancee informed her last night that she was sad here and the adjustment to this town was just too hard for her. She said she was planning to return to Colombia.

He said if I think I have been a victim of visa fraud to contact the following two agencies. I do not think I am a victim of visa fraud. It seems she is returning to Colombia.

Immigration Customs Enforcement Agency

www.ice.gov

1-866-347-2423

and

US Customs & Border Protection Agency

1-800-232-5378

www.cbp.gov

However, none of her family has the money to purchase a plane ticket to Colombia. Therefore, I do not think she went to Colombia. I suspect she is staying with someone local or in the USA.

What should I do? Call the two agencies USCIS referred me to? Wait until after the visa is up? Give it a week to see if she contacts me?

I feel bad to report her if she really is on her way back to her Country. I really do not think is planning to commit visa fraud. She just was unable here. I did everything I could think of to make her happy here. Many gifts, clothes, introduce her to people, working out together, we kept very busy. According to her cousin and another friend of hers I spoke to, it seems her plan is to return to Colombia.

advice?

1) This should not have come as a shock to you. She stopped showing you affection and "treated you like a friend".

2) I am NOT shocked. This had disaster written all over it from the beginning

3) Why are you worried for her? Do you truly think she is alone right now suffering? Come on - you know where she is and you MUST have an idea that it isn't with a "cousin"

4) No - most likely she never really did care about you. You were a means to an end, and that end was to come to the land of opportunity

5) She didn't need to leave you a note. When she left the first time she told you all you needed to know. When she returned and stopped sleeping with you THAT was the note

My friend, the definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over with an expectation of a different outcome. Not gonna happen.

We all tried to tell you. We all told you to protect yourself. Last time there was sympathy and empathy - now there is just a feeling "I told you so"...

You need to learn that if there are red flags all over the place to listen to them. If you are incapable of listening to them, at least listen to those who try to warn you.

Why would you worry about her? When my now ex-wife ran away to stay with her "cousin", she was actually with a large muscular dude, most definitely not her cousin, based on the pictures she was posting on Facebook of them in bed together. Your ex-fiancee is doing something similar. You need to accept it and move on, unless you just like the drama or something.

Sir I felt bad when I started reading your stories...But as Im reading more and more of the members comments and Your comments. I just started feeling sorry for the people who are sitting here giving you advises While YOURSELF not willing to do anything, But just sit here and whine about what happened to you. While YOU SAW IT COMING.

Any Person-Naive,Dumb or Smart would be moving his #### and Doing somthing about that situation...YOU PUT yourself in that situation By taking her back after everyone’s warnings .

If You really need someone in your life,,GET A PET !!! and stop grieving a woman who never loved you..and who ( Im sure you will take back AGAIN if she comes back for the Third time).

Get Over it and Move on with your life..and Hopefully learn a lesson from that.If you are truly a good man as You said in your profile and You were taking a good care of her…You will end up meeting a good person In your life..Just give it sometime . Goodluck

Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me

That's all I gotta say...

Although I have a doubt I haven't seen in here... what about his SSN? If she stays with her "cousin  " and maybe, just maybe he being an illegal... what about if she has the access (most likely) to his SSN and someone else starts using it, is some way to prevent this happening? Since I don't know nothing about SSN I must ask :innocent:

In that case, calling up a credit reporting company and asking for a "fraud alert" is a good idea. A fiancee or spouse can easily impersonate the other, based on the knowledge they have of each other. The fraud alert will prevent the SSN from being used to open up credit in the other's name.

By the way, the original poster should be thankful the fiancee isn't very smart with her scheme.... a smarter girl would have waited until after the marriage to leave, and then taken over half his stuff, perhaps after filing a restraining order too in order to cause him further problems.
