AZ... I beg to differ with you.

We also bare the burden of proving the GENUINENESS OF THE RELATIONSHIP... THE SUBJECTIVE... not simply the objectivity of a relationship, which could in fact be little relationship at all.

PLEASE........................

You don't bear that burden with USCIS GringoD...

So don't "please................"

You prove the GENUINENESS OF THE RELATIONSHIP to the Consulate.

You can bet to differ all you want, but all USCIS cares about is what I responded to in regards to your earlier post, and the most important aspect of that was the check or money order.

The "hoops" were obviously jumped through to the Consulate's satisfaction each time, and the Consulate is not a relationship counselor. As long as the paperwork is in order and there are no fraud indicators with regards to bonafied relationship the visa would have been granted. Plus payment for $350...

There is no limit to the number of K-1 visas a petitioner may apply for (there was 1 poster here a while ago that had 5 approved visas through the years).

It sounds like your indignant at the Consulates for approving the visa for the OP's beneficiaries. Why?

Even if this a fictional horror story, I will still thank the OP because of this thread, I learned what VAWA, FSU, RUB, Munchausen syndrome are and what someone could do if this happens really to you or anybody you know.

It is not that far from reality at all, you know? Just the vanishing act, I mean. :star:

Happy New Year!

Would she be able to marry another man and stay here within the 90 days? Or is the fiancee visa only allow her to marry me? I am worried maybe those numbers she was calling was another guy she online or something.

It seems she used 2000 minutes of talk time in 2 weeks and was on the internet constantly according to my extremely high cell phone bill.

She had SOME status when she came into the USA on the K-1 visa, allowed lawful presence in the USA for 90 days.

IF, during the 90 days, she marries TO YOU, then SHE is allowed to file for adjustment of status, leading to a 2 year conditional green card.

Another guy, not you? she could marry anyone she wants, sure - but she'll never be able to adjust from her CURRENT visa (the K-1) without marriage TO YOU.

That's the dealio. She's most likely had a plan in mind all along, but since she's abandoned you and any subsequent marriage? She cannot have further status in the USA based on marriage to anyone, unless she leaves the USA and some other fella files for her, starting all over again.

If she stays in the USA, most likely she'll remain underground for years.

You've been scammed, Sir. Sorry.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Not indignant; just surprised.

But, I'd be even more surprised, if this story were all actually true
