Hi guys! as normal I do not find these forms straight forward and need a little help..... (I am the beneficiary though I know it will be my husband actually submitting the form).

1. Q10 - what is the alien registration number?

2. Q14 - number for arrival/ departure record (i-94) I cannot see a number on my I-94 that matches the pattern on the form of ___-___________

3. Q19 - what do you put for relative address abroad? I am now in the USA

22. Is this Raleigh, NC for me or do I put Texas as the USCSI office?

16 December 2006- biometric appointment in Charlotte, NC

20 Jan 2007 -AP approved

24 Jan -EAD approved

28 June -Green card ordered

7 July wedding celebrations in Scotland

I followed the VJ

US Citizen and Spouse both live/reside in the US:

-----o The I-130 Petition and Adjustment of Status

link which does say to complete a 1-130...... now I am confused ... please help!!!

Scroll down further in the guides, you want the K1 adjustment guides. The I-130 is not required for a K1.

April 6 - wedding date day 204

Aug 22 - AOS interview date day 101-total days 342

Sept 29 - green card arrives, done until June 2008 day 140-total days 381

June 30 - I-751 mailed total days 1025

2009

March 9 - Removal of Conditions approved! total days 1277
