Hello my fiancé just got all his vacinations from a clinic in mexico, becuase i heard that they are really expensive to get in the usa. However i was wondering if he will need to get them agian once he enters the USA and applys for ajustment of status, beacuse they will not validate the ones he got here in mexico. He just recieved his K-1 visa last month. Also when he had his medical donde in juarez, Mexico we didnt recieve a DS-3025, where can i get it from?

DS-3025 is vaccination worksheet. You get it from the medical examiner in Mexico, they will provide it when she finishes her medical clearance in Mexico.

He did not recieve one, Should I call them?

No. The shots aren't given in Mexico so no DS-3025. Technically the K1 doesn't require shots to be approved. Your fiance will need to take the evidence of the shots (receipts etc) to a CS and have an i-693 vaccination transcription done.

No. Things differ from country to country. From reading others posts, Mexico doesn't do the shots for the K1 (they're not actually required but many countries do them anyway) so no DS-3025.

I dont think he needs to get them again however i think once he gets to USA he still need to see a civil surgeon that is designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. He needs to get a proof of what all the vaccination he got from mexico.aboutthe cost,it depends on how many vaccination and test they will do to him.And by the way the CS will give you the result a long with the form I-693.

Good luck

Yup, Mexico won't give shots or transcribe your existing ones for a K-1. They give a blank DS-3025 or none at all. You will need to see a civil surgeon and have them transcribe his vaccination record to an I-693. He won't need to redo the medical or any of the shots he already received. Just make sure to bring official records of the vaccinations he received in Mexico. Also, ask your civil surgeon if they will need the vaccination records from Mexico translated before your appointment. Also, beware of civil surgeons that insist you need to get and pay for a full medical. You are not required to get another medical. You might need to call around to various civil surgeons until you find one that will transcribe the vaccinations for you without overcharging you or making you have another needless medical.
