Can somoen Help me on This how can my Fiancee get her original divorce she has only one .Can she asked in The court for another to send as Evidence plz!!!!!

I Think I understand the OP's Question. Happened to me.

The Timeline indicates a NOA1 Granted. Then a RFE. The question is: ORIGINAL DIVORCE CERTIFICATE. A Copy that was submitted with the Original 129-F is not enough. (Even though, they issued a NOA1 which is basically proof of simple papers and payment)

This is what you need to settle the RFE: The Petitioner should Contact the Courthouse and get a True Original of the ENTIRE Divorce Decree. THEN HAVE THE COUNTY CLERK "STAMP" SEAL The Document and Sign and Date the Divorce Decree which Certifies it is Final. Ask the Clerk to sign inBlue Ink sink these are in Black and White.

Is this what your asking?

Big pardon for my ignorance, do they ask the original one? blink.gif. I've always thought we only need send the copies of some papers. Some copies of them, my guess, just need to legalized so would be same as the original ones. Someone needs to shed a light of this. I do not understand why we have to send the "ORIGINAL ONES" of documents, except of course I-129F, Letter of Intent to Marry, and G-325A as well.

All the Documents you listed above require Signatures. So does the FREE TO MARRY from the Courthouse with a Seal and dated the previous Marridge is Over and the Petitioner is Free to Marry Again. These are not Copies. There are Originals.

Tim/Mav's answer seems like the best advice since they experienced that RFE on their journey.

The copy of my divorce decree I sent in was accepted Girl from Celebes so I'm assuming the RFE gets sent out in cases where they're not sure if the Divorce decree is missing pages, final or if the copy sent in is not clear enough to be read. (These are merely assumptions though)

She can go to the country clerk's office (and for some order from online or calling on the phone) extra certified stamped copies and they will send it. She has to go to the county in which the divorce was filed.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

Agreed. But Remember, The Courthouse may charge you a Fee For these ( NEW) Stamped/Sealed and Signed Documents for digging out YOUR OLD TRASH. Be prepared for that. Best to do it in person if posible to see No Mistakes are made. Its cheap. about $5.00
