When submitting our AOS forms, do we need two passport photos for each form (I-485,I-765,I-131) or just two for the whole package?

I submitted 2 photos, as required, for EACH application since the different sets of documents will be processed differently.

As soon as they receive the pictures, they will scan it then use it digitally. Furthermore, they will use Biometrics pictures after you take the biometrics. I sent 2 (Two) total for I-485/ I-765/ I-131, no problem at all. But you want to play safe, please feel free to send 6 total.

I did two per each application. When I got my NOA, they were separate letters so I figure they are two whole separate entities at work. :star:

Good call. We accidentally sent 4 instead of 6 and got an RFE for it (for the 131).

OUR TIMELINE

08.25.2010 - NOA hard copies received (x4), case status available online: 765, 131, 130.
10.15.2010 - RFE received: need 2 additional photos for AP.
10.18.2010 - RFE response sent certified mail
10.21.2010 - Service request placed for biometrics
10.25.2010 - RFE received per USCIS
10.26.2010 - Text/email received - AP approved!
10.28.2010 - Biometrics appointment received, dated 10/22 - set for 11/19 @ 3:00 PM

Finally time for AOS.......

12/07/11 Sent AOS package

12/09/11 AOS package delivered

12/14/11 Received NOA for I-485 and I-765 (we're not applying for AP)

12/22/11 Received letter for Biometrics

01/04/12 Biometrics in Phoenix

01/31/12 Received email update from USCIS saying that we've been scheduled for an interview

02/03/12 Got an email saying card production had been ordered for my EAD...now just to wait for the card...

02/09/12 Received email saying EAD card has been sent

02/13/12 Received EAD card :D :D :D :D

03/06/12 Interview in Phoenix :).....Approved :D

03/14/12 Received Green card in mail.....

....no more USCIS until December 2013
