I am not a USC so I don't know for sure. Just searched on google and these days came up as Federal holidays. Easter is on Sunday but Monday is listed too.

FYI, some gov/private organization give Good Friday as a holiday and some do not. My company do not participate in Good Friday holiday, I don't think Monday is counted as a holiday for Easter in USA.

I'm just going off the local court system I work with -- none of the country courts here in VA are closed Fri/Mon for the Easter holiday although I know the court holiday schedule doesn't equal the USCIS schedule.

Anyway, weirder things have happened. I'm going to stay optimistic. I'll let you know how that works out come May 5th. :yes:

Hello all! I just found this thread and thought I'd chime in. I filed for my husband on December 12, got NOA1 on December 27th. Hoping to get our NOA2 sometime in June (though May would be awesome). Now if we can manage to avoid any RFEs--I dread finding out I made some silly mistake that will cause a delay.

Somehow it all seemed like it would take forever, but now I see the light at the end of the tunnel. I'd better start accumulating the items we need for the next phase.

In Igor's list I don't see any NOA2 approval for December filers (regular petitions). I see some early November filers (mainly whose spouse is from North/South America and European countries) have started to see their NOA2.

I am Dec filer,got NOA1 on Dec 23.We got NOA2 Approved on April 4 and now waiting to hear from NVC (hope soon)
