My thought is you should check your Internet connection. I've never seen a quadruple post before.

I don't know what to expect, for myself or anyone else. Patience is your best friend, even though it feels like sometimes that friend of yours try to run away. Right now I am waiting for my IV package to be delivered to the NVC. This is my first full week of not working anymore (Wednesday last week was my last day on the job) so while I am relishing that freedom (by doing nothing, ha ha). I hope everything goes fast from here. I just want my visa so I can move on with my life, together with my wife whom I love so much. I feel like right now I'm stuck in limbo. Saturday June 30 is our first wedding anniversary, and at best we'll get to celebrate it on Skype... As much as I love Skype and as much gratitude I owe to the developers. I want to be with my wife.

RFE sent yesterday, received today .... so now the wait continues.. lol.. wish it would hurry up already. N i heard its gonna take another 4 Mon. Just to have him here.... what's ur thoughts on this?

Well, from what I have seen in the posts, it could, but it seems to vary as much as the NOA2 times. The good news is you have SOME control over it as far as responding to the packages sent to you. How quickly they process though...that's another matter. You might get the interview in just under 3 months if you are lucky.

They received it and website says request for evidence response review.. so hopefully ill hear something soon, if not imma go crazy!

Dont fret too much on the RFE, most times its very minor. Keep positive, you will get through all this, I promise.

And yes Ive been down the RFE road before, it was not so bad...... 15 days later after they received evidence, we were approved, this was a LONGGGGGG time ago........ Best wishes

NOA2 text this morning!!!!! Finally! 206 LONG days! Checked my case status online yesterday, initial review, but today is post-decision...they say they mailed it on Monday. So they don't necessarily update right away. So happy this part is over!!!! On to the NVC stage!!!

I filled my I-130 on December 2nd also and got my NOA2 on June 4th the bad wait is for them to send the NOA2 to the NVC who then takes 10 to 20 business day to provide you with a case and IIN number

This sucks i still haven't heard anything yet from the RFE. I know they got it and is rfe response review or whatever. But dang!! Feels like forever...

Better inform your spouse sooner than later I already told my wife to set the bars low for an expectation from CSC to get file processed quickly.

I see that most of you already have a case complete. I filled on December 2 2011 and i am still waiting on a case number from the NVC. Did i do something wrong?

The delay is on CSC side to forward your case to NVC. They are taking close to 1 month to forward your case and then NVC takes another 1 to 2 weeks to enter your file data in their system and assign a case number. VSC is taking less than 2 weeks to forward the case to NVC.

Correct me if I am wrong, but there is nothing in the IV package that has to be signed by the petitioner, so yes, it would make more sense to me for the beneficiary to send in the IV package, directly from his or her home country.
