still freakin waitin!!! i swear.. im gettin frustrated here. i did make to Ohio tho! lol... and leave on Friday for FL.. so at least I'm stayin a little busy. I wonder what the hold up is tho? doesnt make any sense to me. All I got is that paper sayin that its still in review....

Well, When I filed a service request on May 8, they said within 60 days. Today is day 36 since that letter from the VSC.

June 1st (Day 24 out of the 60) I got my Representative involved again. Today they finally responded, saying:

"We have reviewed your request and determined that your constituent’s, Matthew’s, case is past processing time. The petition will be reviewed and your constituent should be receiving notification from this office very shortly."

Did my Representative make a difference? It's hard to say, "Very shortly" could easily have happened without their inquiry. But it didn't hurt to get as many people "fighting" for us as possible.

The point is, it should be almost done, that there is some light at the end of this long tunnel, and I hope it applies to ALL of us December filers and that we all have a better experience with the post approval time!

193 Days so far without NOA2 at 11:00am EST today.

Our thread fell to page 3, so just writing something to keep us December filers fresh, while we wait...as patiently as we can, while Obama gives amnesty to those that do not deserve it. I almost want to sue the government for all the time, effort, and money that we've put into this process, when he gives away free passes for votes.

Day 196 and counting, waiting for the NOA2.

Day 41 out of 60 for our service request.

Keep the faith December filers! That's all we can do at this point...

This tends to be a very good sign. Either way, good to get congressmen on a regular basis telling them they can't slack off!

No nothing yet. They sent my Representative's office and email last week Wednesday (6/13) saying I should hear from them "Very Shortly". I figured that would be by Monday the 18th. Apparently the government's definition of "Very Shortly" is quite different than mine.I think I may bother my Representative one more time tomorrow, which will also be Day 200 w/o NOA2. Day 45 out of 60 for my Service Request.

Keeping the faith...that's all we can do. I hope you receive your RFE soon so you can get that turned around quickly.

Well...

Today is day 200, no NOA2.

Day 45 out of 60 for my service request on May 8.

Vermont Processing Center

Time without NOA2 = 204.5 days and counting.

Latest NOA2 = June 22 - Both from India, Jan 23 filer and Feb 14 filer, 151 days and 129 days respectively.

= June 21 - Greece Feb 23 - 119 days, Austria Feb 15 127 days, Peru 141 days.

VSC has its first March filer getting NOA2, Colombia - Mar 1, 106 days (received NOA2 June 15).

This is beyond ridiculous now. We need a new person in charge of the USCIS, because whoever is in charge now completely sucks and does not know how to run a major department!

44 People filed after me, and have been granted approvals. Of those:

13 are December filers after Dec 5.

16 are January filers.

14 are February filers.

1 is a March filer.

Avg = 118 days

Max = 167 days

Min = 57 days

I really wish I could get an explanation from someone at the USCIS and the VSC for this massive disparity and unfair treatment.
