yeh sorry to rant... but im really starting to get mad... they have totally forgotten us Dec. filers.. they are on Jan, and Feb. filers now... does anybody have a clue whats going on? and they are not even expedites. uuugh!!!

Don't apologize...I rant all the time to people. If there was a chance they'd let me in the door, I'd go to the Vermont Service Center personally to do so. As far as I am concerned, their deadline was May 5, 2012, (for my wife and I) and they missed it. I know if I miss a deadline, I face consequences, possible termination. These people at the service centers don't care because they face no disciplinary action whether they do their jobs in a timely fashion or not. See? I'm still ranting...a little venting is good for the health though.

yeh a little venting is good, i dont wanna try to make it a habit to come on here and keep looking, i dont think itll be good! lol cuz then ill just get mad all over again. but i did tell my husband i was gonna call them again tomorrow before work and see what dem say, and the senators office didnt call me back. OK... well some news at least...

We have a case # and invoice #.

I will get a notice in the mail for the 864. I send that in with the fee. Once that it paid, I believe he said that it will generate the invoice for the $230 fee, then I can send the IV Package. They will then forward all the docs to Stockholm where you do your interview. Either of us can file the IV package. So we can figure that out when the time comes. I think it might be easier for you to send the stuff to me? But I guess for the 864 all I really need is my most current W2 (earning statement) and tax return. I have no idea how long this will all take. But... I'm not holding my breath. But it seems at least that the wheels are moving.

Yes, you can send choise of agent form right away.

From your wife's email, I recommend her to send IRS Tax Return Transcripts for AOS instead of using W-2 and tax return photo copies. Tax Return Transcripts are free and considered to be authenticated tax return evidence.

Even though I am past the 5 month mark, I am being told to wait 2 weeks to just be able to lodge a service request. Extremely frustrated with this process and the USCIS folks.

keep calling.. my hubby had to call atleast 3x since we get passed the 5th month mark. they created a service request just today.. maybe they'll create yours around june 10-15.. so frustrating:(

I was told the cut off for taking service requests is Dec 16. I'll have to wait a bit more.

Please keep us posted on the progress of your case. I am curious to find out how soon they respond to the SR.

i'll let you know..hubby did ask assistance from his senator and congressman too..someone from the senators office already called him last week to notify that they received the request and will call back asap when they have some news/updates..

yep they put in a service request for ours to today.. so whats that really mean? that well get our NOA2?

i guess it means that they'll check whoever should be working on our case and have it prioritized as it has exceeded the time frame..more like them saying 'ooppss we forgot your case, we will check it now'... omg.. i can't contain my frustration over this process:( i dread to recieve an email from them saying callback if you can't hear after 45 days.. which would most likely happen..
