we aren't fighting at all.... maybe you should read all the thread I been attack by someone about not getting the NOA2 so please don't insinuate without knowing whats going on

We are approved!!!! Just recieved txt and email saying noa2 is on the way!!!!!!! Today we also recieved my husbands renap and panales from guatemala! Come on nvc we are ready!

I wasn't being rude I was stating facts and defending myself ...Exactly no need for anyone to come and bother another that's in the same situation :thumbs: I am not the type to down anyone but through the thread he been bothering me and no one else he bothered in the same boat so I had enough of it.Anyway good luck in the process :thumbs:

I beg to differ. This boat is not same for us as there are many who got in later but got out first :(

I sort of feel you there as it is my second marriage and same goes for my wife but we know that we are clean and are doing everything legally. That should not be the reason to put the petition in some black hole. It may require them to look deeper in it and probably a higher level of scrutiny but must not just ignore it. If they are not satisfied with evidence, they can ask for more but it does not make sense to me that there has been no action on petition at all. At least I for one will appreciate if they (USCIS Customer Service) stop telling lies and being rude to us when we call. That alone will solve lot of problems. I have done Customer service and not just on phone but behind the counter, face to face with customers. First thing I was taught was to always have a smile on my face and not even show a frown which may make the customer feel that you were not paying attention and were deliberately ignoring them even when they were going Jackie Chan on you with their flowery mouth (You all are smart enough to fugure what I mean by "flowery" here).

I don't think it has anything to do with it being your second marriage. After my ex husband got his visa in july 10 he came back and we filed for divorce. It was final in may 11 and I remarried nov 11 and sent my i130 and it was just approved. If your pd is before dec 15 just call. I pushed the buttons to check my status and after I pushed 3 to report a problem with my case and thats where I talked to the man and he sent a service request last fri and I was approved tue. Just try that all you dec 5s. I was dec 5 also. Maybe they skipped our box.

My wife called NVC yesterday and she was told our case is not in their system yet. Our NOA2 was May 2nd I think.

Marriage : June 30, 2011

did u have your interview yet our i130 was approved early dec, and had our interview first week of April..... waiting in administrative provessing...... it's been about one month and almost 3 weeks..... checking website 3-4 times a day... our embassy doesn't really reply to phone calls :( so all we can do wait..
