you really have issues dude!

It makes me lol for ppl who give illogical reasons. You think you are not approved just because your file was not pulled out from their randomly picked list from December filers which makes no sense. Anyways you live with your thinking and I don't want to argue for illogical points.

Let's put it this way...... none of us have a confirmed insights of their process. But you are trying to make a point that CSC has a "RANDOM" file selection procedure. I really doubt this would be possible.

I am trying to make a point is that when CSC receives bunch of petitions forwarded from USCIS, CSC does a pre-sorting or it's already pre-sorted by USCIS. pre-sorting could be based on the information that they could identify from I-130 document such as country of residence of your beneficiary or beneficiary/petitioner's prior marriage history or could be something else as well. When they start working on our application, then they might do extensive background checking based on individual application and may delay the process if they find some issues. But definitely it cannot be "RANDOM" file selection procedure.

You seem to think your thinking is ALWAYS right irrespective of missing logical reasoning. So I don't want to make an argument to prove my point until you come up with a valid logical reason why others were approved and you are not yet. If it makes you feel good by thinking that you are right and I am wrong, then let's put it that way.

Like I said you won't come out from "RANDOM" processing, so I will let you stay in that frame of mind :) and you better need to think about your deep issues being rude and not listening to others ;)

I give you credit for your patience, Ayman_Rina. First for this inexplicably long process, and second for putting up with children like Smart84. How a jerk like that gets approval from the US before my sweet and intelligent wife is beyond me. Our first NOA was December 5. Still no word. I've contacted my Representative as well as my Senator. They can not provide me with any answers as to why we are still waiting. I called the USCIS for a third time, and finally my reference number got pushed through, giving me a generic response. "Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this letter." That was May 9. Another 60 days! Unbelievable.

Based on seeing others on this site getting their NOA2, it certainly does seem random, but I think it has more to do with just plain government sloth and inefficiency. Some people are lucky and get relatively good case workers, and others like us, aren't so lucky and get the lowest of the low. I'm quickly losing my patience, especially after seeing so many people getting their NOA2 so much quicker than my wife. We're doing everything legally and properly and we get the shaft, being in forced separation all these months, while illegal aliens get the welcome mat rolled out for them. The U.S.'s priorities are completely out of whack.

11/04/2011 - Married San Diego, Venezuela
12/01/2011 - I-130 Sent to Chicago Lockbox
12/05/2011 - NOA1, Vermont Service Center
06/25/2012 - NOA2 Approval
10/03/2012 - NVC processed IV Application and assigned interview date
11/07/2012 - Interview at US Embassy in Caracas - APPROVED
11/20/2012 - Visa Received
12/17/2012 - Arrival home in Buffalo, NY, PoE = Aruba

Lifting Conditions

09/26/2014 - Filed I-751 - VSC

10/15/2014 - NOA

11/10/2014 - Biometrics at Buffalo, NY Field Office

06/10/2015 - Update to case stating new green card is on order. Approved!

06/16/2015 - Update to case stating new green card was shipped with tracking number

06/18/2015 - New Green card arrived!

I feel the same way you do!

if I was to do it again.... I would of lived with my wife in France.

it's funny that you get priority if you are NOT living in the USA.

twocastles Thanks (F) I don't know what his problem is but he was telling me something about my ex marriage they must be looking into.Lol That was in 01/2002 divorced.Anyway It does get really upsetting because My husband and I been married 18 months before we even filed.Next month 2 years married. And I lived with him in this marriage 12 months with all times visited. So what I feel someone is slow who has the files and not doing there Job.I check the website daily and put different numbers in to check other peoples petitions and you know what  alot of the December 5th NOA1 are still in Initial review. So what does that mean  I'm patient and calm but at this point I'm ready to call them and see what really is going on.I wish all of you Good Luck and praying for you all to get NOA2
