NOA 2.. Yippees.

On May 14, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

What should I do next?

btw when did y receive the txt from uscis? like what time?

hehehe There is no such definition to define who qualifies for expedite requests. USCIS reviews case by cases and decides if your reason is genuine enough to expedite your application for your given

my noa1 dec16 still says initial review. a couple case numbers after ours that i tried checking on uscis site has been approved already.

i'm so anxious for noa2 now:(

Congrats! Now time to join us to NVC club :) Don't worry it takes almost 1 month to get our file into NVC system.

Start preparing documents for AOS and IV package which you will need to send to NVC.

06/28/12 - NOA2 announced on status check.

07/09/12 - NVC Casefile Number and IIN Issued.

07/16/12 - Receive and Sent DS-3032 via email.

07/17/12 - Mailed DS-3032 via mail, AOS bill received via email, paid online, Optin email sent.

No, but answers to these questions will help to get an idea how soon you may see your NOA2. I have seen ppl complaining on VJ not getting NOA2 for 6 or 7 or 8 months, but they don't disclose their situation which may trigger RED flag in your I-130 application. I am not trying to scare you, but just trying to help you to setup the right goal about when to expect your NOA2. I definitely wish you get your NOA2 today :) but that's not in our hands :)

I was married before and divorced in Jan 3 2002 No criminal Record and we married On June 30 2010 and filed December 2011.My Husband never been married Before and No criminal record.Next month 2 years married :thumbs:We still waiting :wacko:
