woman - pro life

my theory is: i can't go shoot someone on the street that i don't like (or that co-worker who cracks her gum... but hey... if abortion IS ok, i might reconsider about her.......) so i shouldn't kill a baby who is completely unarmed (come on.... "don't shoot till you see the whites of his eyes"??!! give the guy a fighting chance)

I'm not quite sure if "male and don't care" sums up my view accurately, but that is my vote. At my age abortion isn't as much of a hot button topic as the debacle in Iraq, the fiscal irresponsibility of the Bush administration, illegal immigration, and the push by Bush cronies to import vast numbers of foreign workers to drive down wages / benefits. Abortion rights or the lack there of doesn't have that much of an affect on my life.

But to say that I don't care or don't have an opinion is not 100% accurate. I try to see both sides of the issue. I would certainly hope that someone doesn't use abortion as a primary method of birth control, but I have seen it used as such. And for that reason I believe that there should be some personal responsibility involved. There should be a heavy dose of counceling prescribed as part of the proceedure. I don't like abortion, but there are a lot of distastful things that occur in life.

"Credibility in immigration policy can be summed up in one sentence: Those who should get in, get in; those who should be kept out, are kept out; and those who should not be here will be required to leave."

"...for the system to be credible, people actually have to be deported at the end of the process."

Woman, pro-life...fiancé is pro-life as well. Abortion is wrong! I don't see how anyone could kill a baby. My fiancé makes a few good points on different scenarios that could make abortion ok, BUT we do not believe in having an abortion. We are Christians, and would not do such a thing.

Also, have you read up on the procedures those woman go through depending on which trimester they are in? I wrote a paper on it, and it doesn't sound like the most enjoyable experience. There are other alternatives like...ADOPTION. Anyway. Just my opinion.

hello everyone

I am pro-life. I am sorry it is my opinon and belief that abortion is murder. that is a living human inside the womb of the lady.

if a women was raped and got pregnet by the rape, then that is not a ticket to have a abortion. They are other avenues to take like ADOPTION...so maybe loving couples out there that want a child and will honor and respect them just can't have one so adoption is the only means of them getting one.. You can have a closed adoption.

Same with other situations of getting preggy. Just because two people boom boom and they get pregnet and they dont want a baby, Gosh.. use the rain coat.

In cases where women get raped and pregnant I believe they could have the option of abortion, they can also have the baby and give for adoption.

ok i thought this site was about visas and not about abortion rights but heres my opinion.... i am against it because i am a christian and dont believe in murdering an innocent baby. i am in the nursing field and if people were a little more educated at how brutal an abortion really is they would probally decide not to do it. did u know that they carve a whole in the skull and suck all the babies brains out to crush the skull to extract it from the womb? It is inhumane and disgusting.

I Voted Pro-Life and my fiance is also.

We believe like some before us that abortion is murder. We also believe a life, is a life...is a life nomatter what. I once read this horrible article on the news about a mother aborting a baby because it had a cleft lip and palate which would take a mere operation to fix but instead she aborted that baby...and past the regularly advised date to abort by too. I have also read cases of mothers being told their child has a terminal illness and advised to abort where the parents refused and the child was HEALTHY. Doctors aren't always right. Personally I would never abort my own baby even if in that situation the child did end up with a medical condition we'd give it the best life possible, over death.

Love hurts

When you live an ocean away

When you change your sleep schedule to catch a few more moments

When you really need to be held and you have to imagine whilst your partner describes it

When you constantly refresh the USCIS website to see if you're getting any closer

Love Loves

When it repays you with the love of your life

When God finally answered your biggest prayer

When you can live life again in the real world but still have that eternal connection

When you wake up for to the beginning of the rest of your life with the person you fought so hard for

When you love somebody that much

You'll do anything
