My Finacee got Ref mail yesterday .They ask her Poof u been here ;and also Original divorce certifcate;My question How she can Give them Original and she has only one i think?!!!!!!!!!!what about proof she was here with me and our picture show we are together ?!!!!!!!!!!!

Passport stamps, airline tickets, boarding passes. A photo can be falsified easily, but the other items can be verified, and explains why a photograph is regarded as secondary evidence.

No, I can falsify the booking also. They will need copies of the country stamps in the passport or a copy of the boarding pass and other official documents that has her name on it and can place her in the same country/city/location with dates that you stated when you met in person.

If you do not have any of this, the petition will be denied, you have to do it all again after you remeet and have this documentation.

Boarding pass PLUS passport stamps. (The boarding pass is useless without the Passport stamps to accompany it.) Have her photocopy the front and back of her passport, and all pages.

Receipts could be good as well, though not necessarily as strong. I gave photocopies of the receipts from the banks when I visited, a photocopy of my card (to verify the numbers on the receipt...at least the last 4-6 digits), and copies of my bank statements (though not official bankstatements). Yes it helps. BUT, who's to say that I didn't just send my card to my fiance and he withdraws money for me there? Or that I gave him the number to use it?) It's a card that can travel. It's not hard proof that the person traveled. Example: my friend's CC number got stolen a few weeks ago. Supposedly he was in Paris and bought $200 worth of makeup. lol clearly he wasn't there.

Things become harder know as soem said Pictures can be falsified ;Chat's as well .we sent them Passport's copy its look there is Airoport's stamp on her passport plus picture we sned them of party and when we travel .Why i think they wnat make things harder for us

Were the photocopies clear? I personally did mine in color. Again, do all pages of the passport including the front and back cover. Point out the relevant stamps (I used a post-it to mark the page). Are there any phonecall records? I sent in my skype phone call log accompanied by official bankstatements that showed the credit I bought. How many pictures did you send? Maybe they want more photos.

I think u r right becose just had look on Passport's copie it lil harder see The stamps 's airoport on it.i guess need ask my Fiancee make copies in Color .we sent many picture i need also ask her send more .I'm not sure if she still keep Air plane tickets or no .i'm in Lost really .
