The only person looking silly here is you. You're talking about guns not making people safer. If that were the case, people would've stopped using guns a long time ago.

Gary, the irony is that if enough people took up that offer and moved to vermont, then you'd actually have urban centers and faced with the same problems that states and cities that have a population higher than a PTA meeting would be faced with.

It seems it's not how many people live in an area.... but WHO lives in the area.

In my city, the majority of crime happens in a few, isolated pockets around town. The rest of the city is relatively safe. If those people moved to Vermont, Gary would have lots of problems but I'd be 100% safe. By the flip side of that coin, if all the "safe people" moved to Vermont, I'd be f'd but Gary wouldn't see an increase in crime.
