Hello Guys well I just realized my PD passed already and nothing happen anyone know what can It be ?

let me add more info My PD Is Feb 18 2008 that one passed Around August .... and still have got nothing .. I turned 21 on July 2011 but my father said it was fine and it wouldnt make a change on my F2A Im just lost and confused on what should I do where to call to get more info

Did your dad hire a lawyer? If so then you wouldn't receive anything until the case gets to the embassy. The lawyer would receive everything you would normally receive since the lawyer is your agent.

Hi! You may want to email NVCInquiry@state.gov and type your case number at the subject line, then begin your email with the name of visa applicant, your date of birth, petitioner's name and his/her date of birth. Then ask what is happening with your case. I sent emails often because we never hired a lawyer so we only waited for letters.

We may have the same situation. I'm on F2A too and turned 21 last June 2011. Try to compute if you're still protected by CSPA here: http://engnishimura.com/immigrant-visas/cspa-child-status-protection-act

My age was protected by CSPA and already had my visa approved just this Dec 14.
